Subscription refund and a bonus

We do have a few conditions to qualify for money from Wakala

• For this, the rental contract must be digitally signed via Wakala, so also:
• Landlord and tenant have a registration on Wakala.
• The tenant must also prove that he/she lives in the rented property (via energy contract, telecom contract, municipal registration certificate or the like). This can take some time of course, but is necessary to prevent misuse.
• As a landlord with more objects, you can of course conclude a rental contract more than once per month. In that case you will receive the bonus of 10 euros again, but your subscription money has already been returned with the first concluded contract
